In recent years, the demand for perishable products has increased year by yearwith the adjustment of dietary structure and people's pursuit of quality of life.In view of the characteristics of perishable products, the optimization and management of its storage and transportation links has always been an important topic of academic concern. In the study of the perishable inventory routing problem, the existing research mainly focuses on single-stage loss and determination of demand, while the research on two-stage and stochastic uncertainty is less.At the same time, because perishable products are prone to corruption and deterioration, product quality and service level are the focus of consumers' attention, and customer service level is increasingly becoming one of the main indicators for measuring perishable goods distribution enterprises. Therefore, the research on multi-objective inventory path optimization of perishable products considering stochastic demand and customer satisfaction is not only of theoretical value but also of practical significance.(1)Describe the problem of perishable product optimization.(1)For the characteristics of two-stage loss of perishable products, consider the uncertainty of retailer demand, and use stochastic uncertainty to describe;(2)the quality of perishable products in the initial stage of distribution is optimal, and the quality of products declines with time. The customer satisfaction is gradually reduced, and the perishable product quality function is constructed based on the Arrhenius equation, and then the customer satisfaction function is defined.(2)Construct a perishable product optimization model.Firstly, perishable products have different damage rates in the transportation and sales phases. With the goal of minimizing costs,a single-objective inventory routing optimization model considering stochastic demand is established.Secondly, the customer satisfaction function based on perishable product quality and delivery window is introduced. With the goal of minimum cost and maximum customer satisfaction,a multi-objective perishable inventory routing optimization model considering stochastic demand and customer satisfaction is established.(3)Solve the perishable product optimization model.A stochastic chance constrained programming model is established based on the stochastic chance constrained programming model, and a single-objective tabu algorithm for embedding stochastic simulation is designed. For the transformed multi-objective optimization model, based on the single-objective solving algorithm, the grey relational analysis method is introduced, and the multi-objective tabu algorithm combined with grey relational analysis is designed.(4)Numerical example simulation. The results show that:(1)considering the stochastic uncertainty of retailers' demand,it can help enterprises to effectively avoid the risk of disturbance caused by neglecting uncertainty.(2)in the perishable goods IRP,it is necessary to consider customer satisfaction, which is helpful to help Corrosive distribution enterprises balance the interests of all parties and achieve mutual benefit and win-win.(3)different levels of confidence have different impact on the decision-making plan, the level of confidence is high, and the higher the total cost of the perishable logistics system, the enterprise should choose the appropriate level of confidence, and The corresponding optimal decision scheme is obtained.(4)The multi-objective tabu search algorithm designed by grey relational analysis is used to obtain a better Pareto solution than the gray correlation algorithm.
