The system will be able to market and customer information management, sharing, and can carry on the effective analysis, for the enterprise internal sales, marketing, service support, help the market to cut costs, increase revenue, expand enterprise sales for the business needs and new channels, improve customer value, so the analysis and the design of a customer relationship management system, has important scientific significance.
