In the modern logistics equipment, vehicle-mounted sensor system plays an important role in the logistics vehicle transport management system. There are lots of problems on the vehicle-mounted sensor system widely used in China, such as the unstable equipment running, difficult replacement, low security and reliability. Therefore, it makes sense to research a low-power wireless sensor system node equipment for the real-time monitoring of logistics vehicle status in transit.The design of vehicle-mounted wireless sensor system node based on Zigbee has a design concept of combining wireless sensor technology and Zigbee low power consumption. This design not only can greatly reduce the system costs but also can solve the unstable running and difficult maintenance problems on the traditional vehicle system equipment. Following the principle of universality in design, various sensors working together makes sure the comprehensiveness and real-time of data acquisition. In the data transmission aspect, it ensures the security and reliability of wireless data transmission via signal permeability enhancement strategy. The research works include the following aspects:1) System Design. By analyzing the problems of existing vehicle-mounted systems, the whole scheme formulation of vehicle-mounted wireless sensor system node is established, and the real-time monitoring of logistics vehicles status in transit is achieved.2) Versatility Design. For various physical state of vehicles and sensor signals, the node equipment which is suitable for the multi-sensor data processing is designed from the aspect of hardware. Meanwhile, the upper computer configuration software is developed for the node equipment parameters configuration, which increases the versatility of node equipment.3) Low-Power. From the hardware aspect, the node device can control the power and interface on-off of the sensor by the well-designed control circuit. In the software design, due to various advantages of Zigbee technology, such as low power consumption and dormancy mechanism, the node device can achieve the periodically acquisition and sending of sensor data. Based on these methods, the node equipment reduces the energy consumption below0.23mAh. In theory, two batteries with the capacity of1000mAh are enough to supply system working properly for one year.4) Stability. Using a relay routing node equipment, combined with the network reconnection mechanism provided by Zigbee technology, corresponding data communication protocol is developed to ensure the safety and precision of wireless data transmission.Finally, the design requirements of node equipment are verified by the test of vehicle-mounted wireless sensor system node. On the basis of the real-time monitoring of logistics vehicle status, it has features of low power consumption, convenient operation, safe reliability and high universality.
