With the rapid development of modern industry and the rapid spread of IOT(Internet of Things) research.It have been the great interest about industry development in improving the efficiency of factory and the construction of the real-time, high efficiency, stability and contracted industrial control process.With introduction of the ZigBee wireless sensor network,It not only solved the industrial site wiring problems, and also had some excellent benefits, such as network flexible, resistance to bad border and secrecy good, etc.So It have the extremely vital role in the development of the industryWill be the certain trend for development of automation in process industry.The existing ZigBee wireless sensor network exists some drawbacks about short transmission distance between the nodes and low efficiency generally.Because ED(End Device) and device’s acquisition algorithm is too complicated,It can’t meet low power consumption demand when the ED and device have only two battery-powered. So it needs immediate improvement. By a large number of experimental research about improving wireless power control, such as the types of antenna, RF transmitter front, etc. Finally this paper adds them to the ED and device, writes intelligence collection procedures and forms the new ZigBee wireless sensor network system.This thesis solves the problems of the short transmission distance between the nodes and low efficiency generally.To the existing ZigBee wireless sensor system transmission capacity,this paper propose the improvement and solve the existing ZigBee the drawbacks of the system in accordance with its research purposes.The study scope of this thesis includes the following contents:Firstly, this paper principle did research in ZigBee wireless technology.To contrast blue-tooth, Infrared, WIFI and UWB technology,this paper establish ZigBee wireless industrial sensor network solutions.The relevant technology and overall design schemes are introduced briefly in this papers.Secondly, hardware circuit design and the design of software are introduced in this paper.Including the system network, data transceiver software programming method and intelligence collection procedures, etc.At the end. make a conclusion to the design. The experimental results show that when the ZigBee wireless sensor network was improved,the transmission distance between the nodes increase significantly, battery time is longer, the requirement of power consumption is reduced.The study of this topic has basically reached the expected goal.
