With the development of modern detection technology change rapidly,3D measurement technology has gradually become a research focus of modern measurement field, especially with the development of image processing technology, laser technology and computer technology, make3D optical measurement technique has been widely used.3D data scanner is a typical application of3D measurement technology of optical, most of the conventional3D data scanner is used for point scanning measurement, scanning speed is very slow and the efficiency is very slow.Aiming at the problem of slow speed of traditional3D data scanner, this paper puts forward a by line scanning measurement method of3D data scanning system, to a certain extent, improve the measurement speed, improve work efficacy. In this system, by adding with FPGA and DSP high-speed3D data processing module, so that greatly enhance the speed of data acquisition. In the traditional3D measurement system of the data, the original data needs to be collected after the post processing algorithms in the software in order to become true three-dimensional data. Therefore, the system can improve the problem of the low efficiency of the3D data scanner.In the design of the system, the content of the work discussed in this paper are:(1) The overall design of the optical system structure. In this section, mainly based on the theory of optical system, according to the common optical system for the optical path conditions and design to meet the requirements of the optical system structure, as well as design a good working environment for the entire system.(2) The software design of system work and later stage data processing. According to the measurement process of3D data scanning system, the design of the software in this paper can be divided into two modules:system control module and data processing module. In the system control module, propose a layered software design, the overall characteristics of the system determines that the software can be divided into four levels: MFC framework layer, control layer of measurement systems, data storage layer, later stage processing layer of data. Based on the above level, by means of MFC, OpenCV and other tools designed the system control module of meeting the requirements of the measurement system. Then, during the data processing module, according to the collection of data, design reasonable data processing function module, including the splicing of multi field data, the realization of data processing algorithms of removing noise data.At the end of this paper gives the result pictures of the system measured, and gives the required time for measurement. It effectively means that the subject of the designed system can work properly, and can get a good measurement result.
