As the system data bandwidth increases in the field of radar testing,remote sensing satellite,network system communication,requirement for the corresponding data transmission system is getting higher,only with the capabilities of high-speed data acquisition and transmission,can we achieve large data flow interaction and meet the needs of high-speed data acquisition in relevant fields.For this reason,this topic has carried on the research of related technology of 10 Gbps high speed data acquisition and transmission system.This dissertation mainly studied the technologies about high-speed fiber-optical data acquisition and transmission system,including theory research on fiber-optical communication,bus protocol analysis of computer communication,circuit design of high speed and large capacity cache and solution analysis of testing system integration,the specific work involved the following aspects:(1)SFP optical module was used to design high-speed fiber-optical data with 10 Gbps level communication capability for transmitting and receiving hardware circuit,through combining Aurora IP core of Xilinx company with the FPGA internal logic to realize 10 Gbps fiber-optical communication controller based on Aurora protocol,and test the communication ability fiber-optical interface;(2)Communication protocol of Standard System bus PCI-Express 2.1 was studied,using PCI-Express2.1 IP core of Xilinx company to design PCI-Express communication engine based on DMA data transfer mode,and cooperating with upper monitor software to realize the interaction of computer and hardware function card;(3)Aiming at the shortage of cache capacity in high speed data acquisition system,a high-speed capacity scalable cache circuit was designed,whose maximum support capacity can be extended to 8GB,the maximum operating frequency was 1600 MHz,and the cache circuit controller was designed by using the internal logic of FPGA,which realized the high speed cache of data.Finally,the dissertation fully surveyed,tested and measured the advanced test theory and result in the industry,developed a complete test plan and built a system test platform,through the analysis of time domain and frequency domain to verify the system function,using upper monitor velocity measurement software for data rate test.The test results showed that the high speed fiber-optical data acquisition and transmission system design of this project was available for high-speed data acquisition and transmission,the maximum transmission capacity of system reached by 10 Gbps,which can meet the demand of high speed data acquisition and transmission in the most current test field and had very strong practicability.
