At present, blowing side protective gas is a commonly used method in laser processing,the effects of lateral gas flow velocity and inclination angle of the laser processing quality greatly. To solve this problem, the thesis adopts methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental measurement of the combination of the three, in theory,simulation and experiment of a comprehensive analysis of the effects of air velocity and the side blowing angle on the laser damage characteristics, and discusses the relationship between flow characteristics and laser machining quality of side blownAccording to the velocity and the angle on the side blown gas jet laser damage effect problem, this paper introduces the theory of metal absorption and reflection effect of laser irradiation on laser, expounds the influence on flow field and air flow field change effect on laser; according to the theoretical model, established the physical model of flow velocity and impact angle on the side laser damage, simulation and analysis of the impact of air environment change on the flow field of medium density, pressure, and influence on the laser damage effect; on this basis, we established the experimental platform of side blowing Aluminum Alloy effect on effects of laser damage, by measuring test and damage morphology temperature during laser damage the comprehensive analysis of the effects of side flow velocity and direction on the side effects of laser damage.The experimental results show that the lateral gas flow has obvious influence on the laser damage effect, when the airflow angle is 40 degrees, the airflow melting impurities on the point cloud and the target plasma blowing effect best, so the maximum depth of laser damage; when the airflow angle is 60 degrees, because the laser effect of gas flow distribution in the flow field is mainly concentrated in the point of side, has little effect on the laser center, so the laser damage effect; when the airflow angle is 80 degrees, the airflow to the laser heat exchange area biggest impact, so the laser damage area reached the maximum value; and with the increasing flow velocity, laser damage effect due to the increase of the oxygen content increased. The damage area of the target surface with the gas flow rate increases with the flow rate increasing, more and more obvious effect of cooling air,so excited The damage depth of light presents the phenomenon of increasing first and then decreasing. The research results of this paper can provide theoretical support and technical basis for improving the quality of laser processing and laser processing technology.
