Along with the development of the vehicle air-conditioning industry, the benchmark testers for air-conditioning is also developing quickly including the test technology.And it gets more requirement for that test equipment.So we have a new subject how to realize autocontrol of the tester in high precision.In chapter 1, it introduces the basic principle and formular of the airflow measure.And it gives the requirement and function of this control system.In chapter 2, it introduces several control systems used in control systems.And it gives the computer control design idea of this system.In chapter 3, it focuses on the hardware design of the control system, which consists of a measuring system, a control system and a computer. Then it introduces the structure, function and correlativity of them.And it also introduces the control methods of the pressure for the control system.In chapter 4, it describes several kinds of the speed control systems.And it gives that system control method, using the pressure transducer, PLC, VVVF, motor.In chapter 5, it describes several methods of the speed control systems.Then it introduces the Alpha controller and uses Matlab to build the system control module.At last it simulates the control system with Matlab/Simulink.In chapter 6, it introduces the design of the control software.The control software has PLC and Visual basic applicaton software.In chapter 7, it gives the summary and the future of the control system.
