With the development of science and technology in engineering practice, the temperature control accuracy requirements will be more and higher; however, the common analog circuit temperature control technology used in the traditional temperature control system, leading to the temperature in the oven temperature control accuracy is generally low. Therefore, the design of a high precision temperature control system has a very important significance.In this paper, From the need of practical engineering Point of view, design a kind of temperature control system use low power consumption MCU and thyristor technology, the temperature control precision is improved greatly, the thermostat temperature setting and its method of operation which compare with the traditional temperature control system is improved.This paper completed based on the MSP430F149high precision temperature control system design. Using the stronger adaptability of fuzzy PID control algorithm that has to achieve the purpose of high-precision control of the control algorithm. Design and Realization of MSP430F149temperature control system based on each unit circuit, and completed the design of the corresponding circuit driver; Finally, through a large number of system performance tests to determine the control precision and the dynamic performance of the system.Through the calibration experiment of the temperature control system, it shows that the design of the temperature control system performance is stable and reliable, at the temperature of-60℃~150℃temperature range, the temperature control accuracy of±0.5℃, and achieve the goal of the design.
