Design And Implement Of Logging Monitor PC Software Based On C++Builder

Modern measurement and control technology is already developed into a set ofcomputer technology, automatic control technology and electronic measurementprinciple as one integrated electronic applications. Its applications are also involvedin the actual process of the whole development, operation and production of variousindustries.In the oil well logging industry, how to achieve an effective coupling withindownhole drilling tools and ground controllers in the reliable means ofcommunication,how to make the logging tool send log data collected in real time tothe ground and how to be capable of receiving controller command control is animportant practical application of well logging technology. This thesis first analyzesthe significance in the development of modern integrated monitoring logging system,then discusses the design and implementation of PC communication software basedon MSComm control serial communication in the Windows developmentenvironment.Secondly, this thesis summarizes the application requirement and hardwareperformance index in the monitoring system of modern logging. According to theactual needs, the thesis programs and achieve a comprehensive monitoring ofdistributed logging PC system software using high-level programming language C++words under the environment of C++Builder. The software can receive,process,preserve, playback and draw measurement data and parameters related to logging.Then design of software control module implements to adjust the parameters andfunction setting for PLC. During the process of software design,by adjustingMSComm serial control and using Modbus protocol achieve effective communication between host computer and the PLC. class encapsulation technologyin integrated developing platform puts setting parameters or the serial data, receivingdata and storage data into reality, as well as display and playback logging data.After testing,the logging monitor PC software developed by this thesis meetsthe requirement of design and logging work.Besides, the software program withfriendly interface can be operated simply,and easy to be modified to facilitate latefunctional improvement, to achieve the purpose of system design.
