| The well logging data acquisition system is an important part of well logging service. The signals transmitted up to the ground by cable from downhole tools are regulated, acquired, recorded, displayed and printed by the well logging data acquisition system. At present, the most digital control production well logging systems developed by domestic company have an unitary function with lower technology level, especially they don't have an uniform standard, and cannot compatible with each other. And the reliability and expansibility are even lower. Besides, the logging systems of the Daqing Logging and Testing Technology Service Company (DLTS) are most obsolete, and needed to be updated urgently. In order to meet the needs of the DLTS, It is needed to develop a multi-function digital control logging system.For above situations, a novel digital control logging system based onⅤⅪbus is developed using the up to date technologies and achievements of testing and computer technology. The main study includes:First, some key technologies, such asⅤⅪbus technology, FPGA development technology, and virtual instrument software development technology etc. are studied deeply.Next, system hardware, including various regulation and acquisition modules, integrated control box, program control DC power supply and so on are designed and developed.Finally, system software, including real-time logging soft-ware, logging module virtual panel and driver are designed and developed.Not only the key technologies and the concrete designs of system software and hardware are studied in detail, but also the testing results in situ are analyzed and discussed. The "ⅤⅪBus Digital Control Logging System" are appraised combined with well logging curves. It is approved that this system has many advantages, such as advanced technology, standard criterion, high reliability, multi function, quick processing speed and so on. |
