The architecture of PC + controller + servo motor is the development direction of mechanical and electrical integration. In this structure, the motion controller is the role of the communication between the computer and the motor。According to the instructions of computer programs, combined with the specific type of servo system, the controller translates the upper servo motor commands into specific motions of the servo motor. Thus, monitoring software that runs on computer for specific types of motion control system has become one of the key factors in this architecture.Appropriate monitoring software will greatly improve the development efficiency of the overall system. At present the development of monitoring software is still in its early stage in our country, the research in this area has the academic significance and practical value.The core of motion controller in this system uses the TMS320LF2407 chip. The development language used in the system is C++, and the architecture used is MFC, such a structure to achieve good modularity and encapsulation helps to improve the reusability and scalability of the software system.The main features of the system include the following ones:1: Development Tools. Provide the functions of editing, compiling, linking, debugging, downloading and burning the programs developed by users.2: DSP chip monitoring software. Enable users to monitor the DSP chip by checking the parameters of the external module.3: Serial port test program. The system uses the serial communication so that users can quickly understand the communication of the system.The software does not require the support of a simulator and the communication between the computer and the DSP relies on a standard serial cable, which greatly reduces the cost of the system.
