Since the start of theenterprise information work, most of the corporate sector have set up Internet, enhancedoffice automation, and launched a public online office operation. With the popularity of thenetwork and the popularization of internal coordination office and business processing alsoput forward higher requirements for simple file transfer and information dissemination hasbeen unable to meet the needs of the higher level of enterprise information. TheConference system has become an important tool for office management of companies andenterprises as well as government agencies. In the actual business process, since theconference system is based on a technical advantage of the enterprise network, it canachieve a real-time sharing of information. Conference management system as part of theoffice automation system, the maximum degree of efficiency of the staff at all levels, has astrong practical significance and value of their research.First of all, it analyses the situation and the existing problems of the office automationsystem and it defines the core processes and the principal functions of the web-basedconference management system, and the Android client. It also puts forward the overall framework and E-R.analysis.On this basis, the combination of JSP, Java, Android anddatabase technology, I designed and implemented the System. At the same time, itconducts a comprehensive test for the system. Finally, it summarizes the benefits and theshortcomings of the system and it expects a higher demand for the future.
