Design And Implementation Of Conference Management System Based On J2EE Technology

Meeting management is an essential and important link for government, enterprises and school to carry out production and student. A university of Xingjiang expands the number of students and teachers in recent years. In addition, the number of all kinds of academic conference is always increased. The conference management mehod of the university follows traditional manual sign ways. The work efficiency, personnel statistice, meeting application and personnel management of this model is worest. Therefor, the university urgently needs to develop a conference management sytem to unified manage all kinds of meeting. This issue is generated in this context.In the process of develop system the dissertation design conference management sytem used object oriented concept. The dissertation inestigate the related departments deeply, summary the specific requirement of this department and organize dissertation organization structure on this basis. The system start from the actual situation of university and use B/S system architecture, it selects JAVA as development langua ge and SQL enterprise edition as background database. System design follows thegenral modular design standards. System mainly realizes conference application, conference attendance, department setting, conference report, card management and data dictionary etc function.As far as scale, investment, function module, advancement and practicability conference management system of this dissertation is suitable for actual situation of university. After a period of running, according to user’s feedback information the system has characteristics of stable running, easy to use, simple maintenance and son. It satisfy the actual requirement of user.
