Through detailed analysis of the enterprise management for meeting various needs, the various processes of the meeting management are understood and organized. Then system requirements and system design goals are determined by using unified requirements management method. At the same time, system technical architecture and functional architecture are designed.2. By using the SIP protocol signaling, multipoint call control and the management of the meeting are realized, as well as multimedia communications with RTP protocol and Java related technologies.3. The function of audio, video and the remote session are achieved. By using Java network programming technology and IP multicast technology, network transmission of audio and video is presented.4. This paper introduces the design of conference room management module and the management module of the conference process management, as well as the realization of the important management modules of the video conference management.After the test, the system has been used in the enterprise, and the operation is stable. Through this system, users can easily apply for meetings and manage their meetings, save the management cost, and improve the management efficiency. |
