Design And Implementation Of Conference Management System Based On ASP.NET Technology

In the government departments need to frequently in various meetings, the traditional meeting management pattern greatly reduces the efficiency of the government office, has gradually cannot meet the practical requirement of the government department of conference management, the government departments urgently need to use advanced information technology, internet and computer technology to build a conference management system, to implement the work efficiency of conference management, improve the scientific and standardization of conference management in the government.In order to optimal scheduling meeting room resources in government departments, follow the theory development of software engineering, combining with the principle of resource scheduling, resource scheduling model was constructed, and design of the structure of system, and design and implement of the main functional modules of the system, design including system management module, public announcement management module, management module and conference room management module, etc; Finally, implement the main function modules of the system, and applied the resource scheduling model in the system, to improve the scheduling efficiency of the meeting room resources, and introduced the concrete realization of booking conference and the realization of a meeting notice E-mail function in the scheduling management.Finally, according to the design requirements and design goals of conference management system based on ASP.NET technology in this paper, carried out function test and performance test of the system. The function test through the design for conference management system of the government department test cases, complete the comprehensive analysis of the system function. In the end, analysis the result of the test, analysis results show that, the validity and reliability of system implementation.
