The measurement system of amplification conversion circuit is the important equipment to develop, product, check and accept the amplification transforming circuit board. This circuit was widely used in missiles, radar, and the other important military equipments as a unit circuit. The traditional method can test only one board in a temperature cycle time, but when you need to test several amplification transforming circuit boards, under a lot of testing tasks, it will have a lot of measurement errors caused by the tester operation and the low efficiency, also it will cost a lot of time. In order to get rid of disadvantages of traditional test methods, this paper proposes a new type of amplification conversion circuit measurement system, compared with the traditional testing system, this system can effectively improve the testing accuracy and efficiency, meanwhile, it can save time.Based on the detailed analysis of the measurement principle and the measurement method of the amplification transforming circuit, the paper designs a testing system with five I/F amplification conversion circuit board to fulfill the testing system and the technical requirements. The system mainly constitutes by IPC, the counting board PCI-6602, the multi-function board PCI-6221, Enlarge Transform Circuit Testing instrument, the constant source7651and the high-low temperature box. Amplification transforming circuit boards are placed the high-low temperature box, when it reaches the preset temperature, the instrument is power on to produce32KHz time reference pulse signal, then the constant source7651provides a precise constant current signal to conversion circuit. Subsequently the amplification transforming circuit boards will output±X,±Y,±Z six channels signals. These signals are sent to the test card of IPC, The system software is designed with NI-LabVIEW, adopting modular structure, using manual testing, automatic testing and semi-automatic testing modes to test performance index of the circuit board, and the database query, display and print system is completed by using Lab-SQL. The equipment can achieve functions such as:the system self-inspection, power supplying and monitoring, time reference pulse signal, testing static characteristic, the test results file automatically and the database management system.By the on-site debugging and trial of the system, the results show that the system is running stably, it can achieve the desired technical indicators and various functions as expected. It is proved that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of testing amplification transformation circuit board and ensure the quality of product, it will has a good application prospect.
