The Design And Realization Of Pulse-press Measurement System Based On Virtual Instrument Technique

Virtual instruments is one of the new technologies which is evolving with the development of computer technology. Utilizing the powerful computing capability of computer and flexible software techniques, it overcomes the limitations of traditional instruments and implement different kinds of instrument architectures for different demand based on limited hardware. But in modern manufacturing, traditional measurement techniques can't meet the need of modern manufacturing because of its inherent shortcomings. People must search new way to resolve the question which block the development of measurement. So, the measurement system based on virtual instrument emerge as the times require. It gather the virtual instrument techniques and measurement techniques together. Utilizing the flexibility and expansibility of virtual instrument technique, it improve the exploiture efficiency , maintenance and measure precision of the measurement system.This paper discusses the history and the application actuality of the VI technology and analyzes the feature of its hardware and software technology in detail. The author has research the virtual measurement system combining the application status with the practical need of the enterprise in our country. From the view of software engineering, this paper discusses the software structure and gets each module according to its function in the system.The paper discusses the long-distance measurement system techniques based on TCP/IP and DataSocket., analyze the merit and shortcoming of these two techniques. Based on these two techniques ,the author design a long-distance wave generator.In the end ,the paper give a design a set of measurement software system for measure the impulsion tire limitation of the engine cooler. By analyze the function of the system , Mark out the module and design some modules such as sensor demarcate, wave control module, data acquisition, data manage and long-distance wach modules, also integrate the whole software system.The paper analyze the construction of measurement system based on virtual instrument, also give the real design. It is be great signification for build measure system based on virtual instrument in the factory.
