It is an important subject that the temperature field measurement to object in both theory and practice. Modern industry expects a real time and high precision temperature filed test method, which would be positively significant in improving production quality, saving sources, environment protection and production safety, etc.A kind of temperature field real time measurement system was presented in this paper, which based on virtual instrument technology and introjected much knowledge such as heat radialization, colorimetry temperature measure- ment, CCD image sensor technology, modern image processing technology and computer technology. The system was composed of hardware and software. The hardware was the foundation, which chiefly included optical component, CCD camera, image capture card and computer. The software compiled by Visual C++.NET was nucleus in this system, which had good interface and mainly function in video capture, image processing, and temperature field calculation and display.Some improvement had been in progress to the colorimetry temperature measurement. Two kinds of methods were put forward to improve measure- ment precision. One was a disparted light method which using single CCD camera received multi-optical path image. The other was a soft filter method. At the aspect of improving measurement range, this paper advanced using different wavelength at the same camera electron shutter. After many experiments, it can be show that these methods were feasible.In a word, the system can obtain temperature filed of object and improve data analyzing and processing and save development cost.
