| With the rapid development of computer technology,the computer is widely used in enterprises and institutions. Human resources management is gradually using computer information technology in this trend. The traditional human resource management has many shortcomings:such as much artificial operation, when the data size is too large, it is easy to cause the error.Human resource management just stays in the personnel file management stage, and can not reflect the salary management, human inperformance management, attendance management and other functions.These problems lead to the development of enterprises and institutions need to appear personnel work with the actual human resources management development uncoordinated situation. Based on this, this paper designed a human resource management system based on.NET technology, aiming at realizing each functions of the enterprise human resources management.The design of this system’s function is divided into employee file management,wage management, attendance management, performance appraisal,reward and punishment management,system setting management and system user management. The system uses the B/S structure as the main architecture, realizes the high efficiency, the work of human resource management in real time. The access control technology in the design process, the system is user role assignment and permission is granted toa certain extent, guarantee the security of the system. For databaseaccess, in order to avoid the system using the peak of the possible data processing bring slow, response delay, system uses a database connection pool technology, effectively solves the system using peak tobring inconvenience to users.By testing the system, the system can meet the basic needs of human resource management of this unit, to achieve the design goals. |
