Real estate is an important asset in human society.It records the right of real estate surveying and mapping archives and registration files to play a major role in safeguarding citizens' legal property rights.Due to the lack of unified construction standards and norms,the real estate data from different departments is significantly different.In the process of data structure integration,it brings many problems to the construction of data structure of immovable property rights.The specific performance is: the property of immovable property rights Relationship confusion;semantic heterogeneity in the integration of multi-source data;low efficiency when changing property information;property data redundancy.The data structure of the property rights is the core part of the database structure of the real estate information platform.Therefore,the first two issues are related to the interconnection of internal and external information by the real estate information platform,and the latter two relate to the performance of the data structure of the real property in the database.It can be seen that optimizing the data structure organization of real property rights and promoting the development of the unified management platform for real estate information in China is a must.This paper focuses on the status quo analysis-theoretical research-case analysis-construction model-data table design-summary and summary of the technical roadmap,the specific work is as follows:On the basis of summarizing the experience of predecessors,this paper first summarizes the concept,development history,current situation and development trend of immovable property rights,and discusses the theoretical basis of the data structure of immovable property rights,especially for people.The ground relationship and ontology have made in-depth research.Based on the existing land rights data structure model and real estate industry standards,this paper analyzes the element stratification and factor attribute structure,and analyzes the current data structure of real property rights.There are shortcomings in data redundancy,retrieval efficiency,and semantic heterogeneity.Through the above analysis,combined with the idea of information ontology,the author puts forward the ontological connotation and organizational structure of the relationship between man and land in the management of immovable property rights.On this basis,constructs the conceptual model and logical model based on the relationship between man and land.Standard and business workflows,the main entity table,the object entity table,the entity relationship table and the business table based on the human-land relationship are designed.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that compared with the current rights data structure,the data structure of the real property rights based on the human-land relationship theoretically reduces the total field repetition rate by 32.28%,which greatly reduces the amount of data redundancy;The construction problem is further optimized,the field retrieval efficiency is improved,and the core part of the feature attribute structure of the human-land relationship does not change due to business changes.
