Oma Digital Rights Management And Realization

The rights management problem of digtal contents is coming up with the fast advance of the computer networks and broadband content service .the main objects of the digital rights management are digital products and information service. The broadband content service based on the rights management will be a large domain in INTERNET e-business. The DRM technology is the technical tool for intelligent property management protecting during producing, broadcasting, sating and using the digital content. The concrete usage of DRM may include the protecting of eBooks, video, audio, and graphic and secure documents. It ensures the rights and benefits of the digital content owner and the consumer via user authentication, user rights granting, user behavior ruling in digital space.The main purpose of this project research is to analysis the market environment and technical environment of DRM application. And analysis the Spec of OMA DRM base on the mobile network. And then design a suite of solutions based on the mobile environment and PKI techniques. This solution includes a suit DRM client software that can port in different mobile platform, a content issuer, a rights issuer and a content-maker. All of these build a whole solution of mobile DRM system base on mobile environment. This solution has the following characteristic:Full compliant to OMA DRM spec, have high compatibility. Have common porting platform, can apply in different mobile operation system. Have high compatibility for security solution. DRM client can provide interface, which can be configured different security solution of software or hardware. Have been used in business with some business value.
