In the 21 st century, China’s computer technology and network technology has been rapid development, in this context, information technology companies are also carried out in full swing. For some large enterprises, human resource management is an extremely important job, construction and management personnel, able to influence the future development of enterprises in large part. Therefore, the application of human resource management system, to become an important part of enterprise information construction, and its role is not merely to replace the simple manual jobs, more importantly, through the use of modern technology, it is possible to change the traditional concept of human resource management allowing companies to have more advanced management ideas and information management.This Thesis deeply Ningbo Port Group to conduct field research, to understand the current status of human resources for the management of Ningbo Port Group, the analysis of the human resource management practices adopted by the Group to identify current problems and proposed building programs target system. Building programs with Visual Studio and ASP.NET technology platform, the platform, combined with SQL Server databases, and B/S three-tier architecture for development of human resources management system. Next, the conditions to be fulfilled and the system should have the function to analyze functional requirements and related transactions framework. Then, the demand for these detailed design, implementation, staff information management, labor contracts management, compensation management, integrated query and analysis functions, and focus on the security mechanism system is described in detail. Finally, the validity of the system testing, validation of the system. The successful development of the system for improving the management of human resources Ningbo port efficiency and management level have a very important role in promoting.Application of the target system for the Ningbo Port Group provides advanced human resource management platform, through the platform to achieve the Ningbo Port staff basic information management, payroll calculations, leave and attendance functions.
