Design And Implementation Of Electronic Document Drawing Management System In Power Sector

Nowadays, electronic drawing software are widely used in the field ofdrawing design, which has become the first option for more and more powersupply enterprises. In daily operation, maintenance and repair work of the powersupply enterprise, a large amount of drawing datais needed. However, mostcompanies use a simple method to manage these files, restoring single drawingfile in the hard disk or USB flash disk in the form of normal folder contents.Because of the lack of mature and stable digital management system, userscannot find the access to the archive, search and update drawing filesconveniently and efficiently. As a result, precious information are unable tobereleased and shared, which led to the inconsistency of picture and practiceamong the daily operation of power supply companies. Furthermore, the safetyof daily electricity service is affected.This thesis focuses on the design of Drawing Digital Management Systembased on J2EE system. After investigating the present situation of drawing filemanagement in companies, together with technicians’ demands of DigitalManagement System, I design a suitable digital drawing document managementsystem. Firstly elaborating on the background and development condition of FileManage System, staring at the demand of this system and then introducing thefunction and realization of each part. Then introduce the related technology ofsystem development. Finally, discuss the building of a document managementsystem of B/S, C/S model based on J2EE system.
