Nowadays of the web-economic times, corporations and organizations are searching for new opportunities and approaches for the operation development through internet, who, as that the numbers of customers, employees, cooperate associates and patrons are rapidly increasing, get the great responsibility to protect the most sensitive information from filching by the opponents or hackers, and also to provide it with visiting information sources worldwide. Yet most sources of Modern corporations are stored and shared in a documental pattern.So the major study of this thesis is to design a secure document management system based on identification management and digital certification, which could provide corporations and organizations a consummate, trustworthy medium system using actively safe techniques, so that help them to better organize the documents, hence improving their operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness.The system is based on J2EE standard, using Weblogic Server as median server, Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 as database server, which help to enhance its safety and capability. All the documents are encrypted in AES method uniformly, and such method can generate unique key for each one, assuring their safety. The B/S pattern used in this system is a present popular one, which does not only give users much convenience but also can be expanded.Since a good constitution of authorization management and a stable log system is the foundation for the security documental system running, it is also the emphasis in the design of my system, This thesis will then elaborate the module of the authorization management for the security documental system, and explicate the module of documental encryption and the log subsystem based on digital signature, of which the former use a algorithm called AES, RSA algorithm and Hash algorithm are taken in use in the latter. The goal for the design of security documental system based on digital signature and authorization management of J2EE is to take concentrated management for the documents, thus to implement the security upload and download, authorization, share and audit with strict encrypt method and constitution of authorization. This system uses a present popular design pattern called MVC, which break down the whole communication system into 3 parts:module, view and controller, successfully realize the separate of the Data Layer and Presentation Layer. The system use the Weblogic9.x platform developed by BEA Corporation, achieved the communication between data base and users with the Database Connection Pool. It also use a B/S development pattern, giving its construction more elasticity, flexibility, and easily maintenance, which also support the heterogeneous environment, independent of special OS, interface middleware, hardware.
