With the development of electrification and informationization, the outdoor equipment of theintelligent transportation system of railway bureau has become an important facilities toensure system safety, especially the continuous improvement of train’s speed and densityputs forward higher request for the safety and reliability of the railway signal equipment, andfurther increase the difficulty of the fault handling. In addition the detailed information offault cannot timely feedback to the dispatch center, so the dispatcher can not make reasonablescheduling adjustment.At present our country has built3G network technology that covers almost all areas evenalong the railway, and the performance is stable and reliable. By using smartphones’highresolution digital camera can easily acquire the image information of the fault in detail.Although the popularity of smartphones and3G network provides technology for theuploading and transmission of the real-time data, but security problems restrict theapplication of the smart phone.At first, this paper made an exposition of research background, including the most usedsmartphone operating system, the characteristics of the Android operating system and thediversity of the Android platform mobile phone resolution, the main significance of research,the main content of the paper, etc; Then Android development environment construction andsystem structure are introduced, and the basic concepts and advantages of WCF frameworkare briefly described; Finally this article aimed at the problems existing in the railwaytransportation system, using the portable smartphone digital cameras to capture images, andtransmitting them through the3G network. Then build a complete information encryption andtransmission system based on the Android platform. The system consists of two parts: smartphone client and server, the client is divided into information acquisition module, informationtransmission module, identity authentication and data encryption module on the function.Information acquisition module integrated the information such as text, images, audio,longitude and latitude into a record, and stored on the SD card in accordance with the relevantprovisions of the directory structure; Information transmission module completed the networkcommunication technology by using WCF, to implement the client information’s uploading and the push message’s receiving. Identity authentication and data encryption module usedthe TF card hardware to provide the identity authentication and encryption services,implements smart phone information encryption storage system based on WPKItechnology.
