With the continuous development of the information age, it is more and more important to collect and master all kinds of information. People use information acquisition platform to achieve real-time information acquisition and application. Traditional information acquisition platform for information processing is quite passive, in the present information and high-speed operation and change, it has long been unable to meet the needs of people to quickly obtain and apply information effectively. Now the new mobile information collection system has a complete theoretical basis with the maturity of the modern mobile communication technology and the popularization of the push service. In the thesis, we design and implement a new mobile information acquisition system, which is based on Android platform use the technology of push, mobile communication, application development, positioning and navigation.In this thesis, I research and analyze the background and significance of mobile information acquisition system, analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research, puts forward the design idea of the new mobile information acquisition system and the work arrangement. Detailed the main techniques used in this thesis, The main techniques used in this paper are introduced, including Android application development, xmpp protocol, the realization of push, the positioning and navigation technology. Completed analysing the needs of Android-based information collection system and the overall design, and the analysis and design of each functional module are also carried out. According to the overall design and the design of each module to complete the push server and the client.After testing, the system design and implementation in this thesis is running well, realize the push of the user management, session connection established, information content display, client information upload, navigation and other expected functions.
