With the rapid development of information technology,the Internet is widely used in our country.People also can get all kinds of information anytime and anywhere through the mobile Internet thanks to the widespread use of mobile phones.Wechat,as a product of the development of mobile Internet,provides a new platform for the information dissemination of archival institutions and enterprises by virtue of its low cost,convenient operation system,practical functions and convenient information release.It can enrich the service forms of archives institutions and enterprises,improve the service quality,promote the transformation and upgrading,and conform to the modern development.Meanwhile,Wechat official account operators should pay attention to the user's information adoption effect,satisfy users' needs,and provide users with useful and high-quality information.Therefore,this study explores the information adoption influence factors of archives We Chat official account user from the user perspective,which helps to optimize the operation status of its We Chat official account and increases user adoption of information needed.The service quality of various archives institutions and enterprises can also be improved in this way.This thesis mainly studies the information adoption influence factors of archives We Chat official account user from six parts.The first part is the introduction;The second part introduces the related concepts and theories involved in this article,including archives We Chat official account,Information adoption of Archives We Chat official account user and UTAUT model,laying the theoretical foundation for this thesis.The third part is the analysis of the present status of the archives We Chat official account.It makes a clear understanding of the operation status of the We Chat official account from the four aspects of the custom menu setting,update time and frequency,the proportion of the original articles and the presentation mode of the article,so as to lay a foundation for the analysis of the countermeasures.The fourth part is about the model construction and research hypotheses.Based on the UTAUT model and the existing academic research,this study builds an information adoption model of the archives We Chat official account user,and makes assumptions on the relationship between variables.At the same time,the questionnaire design and data collection are completed;The fifth part is data analysis and hypothesis test.The population characteristics and usage of the sample are analyzed,and then the questionnaire data is analyzed by SPSS software to verify the hypothesis put forward in the previous part;The sixth part is the conclusion and development suggestions.First,the results of the empirical study are summarized.Then,the suggestions to promote information adoption of archives We Chat official account user are put forward from the following aspects: improving performance expectancy,focusing on social influence,increasing facilitating conditions,improving information quality and using user habits.By investigating the current status of archives We Chat official account and analyzing the influencing factors of user information adoption,it is hoped that it can provide reference for the operation and development of archive We Chat official accounts from the perspective of users and enrich related theoretical research.
