With the various customer requirements, intense competition and quick development of IT, the enterprises depend more on advanced IT/IS than ever to intergrate enterprises resources and obtain ability of fast response to the changing market and demand of people. IT/IS bring new opportunities and challenges to the business world and also make better requirements on the intergration of technology and management of the organzations. Achievement of the potential of IT depends on the effect of IT aoption and its actual usage.The research which focuses on psychological and behaviorial features in the organization is one of concerned issues in MIS area, and factors analysis which could influence IT adoption behaviors is another research issue.Among the factors research modes, there are many classics theories such as TRA theory, TAM model and UTAUT model.But now there are some variables from differnet theories and model that share similar and overlaping defintions, the dissertation tries to intergrate and classify these variables in the framework of T-O-E.The influence path to individual adoption intension is studied from external structure variables(Environment), technology variables and internal structure variables(Organzation).The research idea is base on the fact that the effect of organizational adoption is made up of effect of individual adoption behaviour. Only that there are good individual adoption improvement, there is a possibility of successful organizational adoption.So purpose of paper is to explore those factors than affect the organizational adoption and individual adoption, the relationship and the importance of those factors from the external environmental and technological views.The research is made to discover the two kinds of variables those indirectly by organization or directly influence individual adoption behaviours. Centering around the above problems and from an integration perspective, this dissertation studies technical, environmental, and organizational factors which influence IT adoption and their effect mechanism theoretically and experimentally. The main contributions are as follows:â‘ The relationship between environmental and technical factors and organizational IT adoption;â‘¡The relationship between environmental and technical factors and personal IT adoption;â‘¢The relationship between organizational IT adoption and personal IT adoption;â‘£The effect of organization as medium variable.The dissertation makes a comprehensive summary and detailed analysis about the user acceptance behavior and IT adoption based on the related papers.With the help of innovation diffusion theory (IDT), social psychology theory and organizational behaviors theory, the study finds out the motive to organzational adopt IT/IS from Institutionalism and rationalism views.The duality of IT is analysed through the intetaction between ontology and object. On the basis of AST theory proposed by Giddens and related adoption models, T-O-E framework is choosen to classify the variables.The competition pressure, mandatory standard pressures,fashion pressures and government policies are included into environmental factors.Based on TPC theory, task-technology fit and technology-organzation compatibilty are set up. In the organzation, management support, IT konwledge stock, IT resource preparation and communication are concluded. When the study chooses wide used and proved effective UTAUT model as theory basis, performance expectation, effort expectation and social influence are set as dependent variables and the relationship between T-O-E factors as independent variables. The research analyses the process of organizational and individual IT acceptance and adoption.A intergrated model of TOE and UTAUT and theory hypothesis are proposed on the basis of studies with the classical IT adoption models.The questionnaire is designed to make a survey on empirical research.By means of statisticstical analysis on sample data, reliability test and validity test are made.The infuential variables are discovered by step regression. The model and hypothesis are evlauted and result explaination is obtained.The paper makes a comprehensive summary and detailed analysis about the user acceptance behavior and IT adoption based on the related papers. With the help of innovation diffusion theory, social psychology theory and organizational behaviors theory, research analyses the process of organizational and individual IT acceptance and adoption.A intergrated model of TOE and UTAUT and theory hypothesis are proposed on the basis of studies with the classical IT adoption models.The questionnaire is designed to make a survey on empirical research.By means of statisticstical analysis on sample data,the model and hypothesis are evlauted and result explaination is obtained.It is found in the dissertation that:â‘ The interal organizational factors could influence individual adoption variables in the internal company and different factors have various effect on adoption dimensions of individuals;â‘¡The external technical factors may directly affect individual adoption variables in the orgazations and different factors have various effect on adoption dimensions of individuals;â‘¢The external environmental factors may directly affect individual adoption variables in the orgazations and different factors have various effect on adoption dimensions of individuals;â‘£The external environmental factors and technical factors could indirectly affect individual adoption by means of organization adoptions variables(Managemeng Support,IT knowledge stock and IT preparation).Comared with the previous studies,the main innovations of this dissertation is as follows:â‘ a complete model and explaination to illustrate the internal relations are proposed from organizational and individual views instead of previous models studied separately;â‘¡The environmental,technical and organizational factors are included in the model and the relationship between them is considered.The hypothesis in the model are tested in the paper by empirical research;â‘¢The studies apply the TOE framework on the individual IT adoption factors and test the compatibility of the model.The applicantion area of TOE model is extended.Finally some shortcomings of this dissertation are also analyzed so that further research can be improved.
