Research On Influencing Factors Of Personal Cloud Storage User's Adoption Behavior

With the advent of the era of "Internet +",the speed of intelligent products and new generation is accelerating,and all kinds of Internet products have changed the way of life of the public.Personal cloud storage service has the function of recording information questionnaire synchronously without limitation of time and place,and storing related data online.It is gradually recognized by the public and has a good market prospect,which attracts attention from academia and business circles.However,although there are some personal cloud storage products on the market,the whole market is still in the development stage,there is still a lot of space to be excavated,and the user awareness and utilization rate are not high.Therefore,it is of great significance for personal cloud storage providers to develop products that meet users' needs,improve the quality of personal cloud storage services,expand and maintain users,and compete for market share by accurately recognizing users' main needs for personal cloud storage services and exploring factors that affect users' adoption of personal cloud storage services.Based on the research of Internet product adoption willingness of scholars at home and abroad,this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of personal cloud storage users 'adoption behavior and puts forward hypotheses.This model includes social convenience,social impact,performance expectation,effort expectation,mobile service,payment value,user innovation,self-perception,adoption intention and adoption behavior.Through questionnaire survey and SPSS software,this paper analyzed the influence of each variable.The main conclusions are as follows: social convenience has a significant positive impact on users' adoption behavior.Social impact,performance expectation,effort expectation,service mobility,user innovation and self-perception have a significant positive impact on users' adoption intention.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of personal cloud storage from multiple perspectives.
