Until now, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, network four modules havebecome the four points of economic growth and cultural media industry, the rapidgrowth of its advertising revenue each year. Culture media leading listed companiesunderstandable rapid development of the industry. China’s cultural industry and otherindustries in different media, its unique particularity is that on the one hand is thedual character of the media industry with the information industry and public utilities,media listed companies facing stronger government regulation; other listedcompanies in the media business independent not strong, easy to occupy the largestshareholder interests of minority shareholders. Based on these two special, culturalmedia industry and other industries have a relatively different operating conditionsand performance. This paper selected14listed companies in the culture media as aresearch object to the competitiveness of the financial perspective starting to explorethe culture media governance structure of listed companies. This paper focuses onlisted companies’ financial and cultural media industry competitiveness evaluationconducted in-depth research, starting from the industry, to understand the situation inthe financial industry itself competitiveness while to explore their own strengths andweaknesses, so as to formulate appropriate financial strategy of the industry itself,further improve its financial position, improve economic efficiency and achievesustainable development of enterprises.With the increasingly fierce market competition, our media culture cultural mediacompanies, especially listed companies are facing unprecedented challenges, culturalenterprises listed on the financial condition and results of operations directly affect thedirection of China ’s economic development level of cultural industries and economicdevelopment. Based on the available literature, this paper focuses on the theory ofcorporate finance at competitive part, theoretical studies based on financialcompetitiveness, while exploring the evaluation of its financial competitiveness, thuscontributing to understand their own financial competitiveness as well as acomprehensive understanding of the status of the majority of enterprises with theindustry ’s financial ability, and ultimately develop appropriate financial strategies,improve operational efficiency, improve the financial situation and achieve a healthyenvironment that sustainable business; hand to explore the culture media in a listedcompany to build a reasonable basic financial competitiveness indicators on how to evaluate the financial media culture competitiveness of enterprises, for the study ofthis paper draw reasonable conclusions and make recommendations.
