In recent years,the media industry as an emerging industry has attracted more and more attention.Form 2004 to 2013,the growth rate of Chinese media industry is two times faster than China’s GDP growth rate,three times faster than the world media industry.What’s more,the media industry for the first time exceeded 1 trillion yuan in2014,which is expected reaching 1 trillion and 600 billion yuan in 2017.The next ten years,Chinese media industry is expected to usher in a new round of growth.As the last of China’s market-oriented industry,many media companies are experiencing the transition from institution to enterprise management mode of the group of the media now.The management mode of enterprise is becoming more and more diversified,and the oriented consumer group is more and more widely.The sustainable development of the government also followed the introduction of a series of new policies to regulate the industry.Although the development of the new situation to these media enterprises brought many new opportunities for development,they will also bring new challenges and threats to the market mechanism.At this stage,although the overall development trend of the media industry is good,from the internal point of view,the media industry of listed companies still face many problems which can not be ignored in the company’s operation process.Through analyzing financial early warning research results at home and abroad and combining the factors of financial risk,I obtain the score and ranking of this 37 listed company on media plate.In the course of the study,I used the SPSS software to extract debt level,earning level,cash level,growth level and operating level and then analysis thecharacteristic of sample data and make date standardize for factor analysis.Through the empirical research and the results of a series of analysis,we can put forward the risk prevention countermeasures for the media industry listed companies and aims to help the company to set up a financial early-warning system for their own development.If the enterprise would foresee the signs of risk,they can combine the early warning system to take corresponding measurement effectively,which would greatly improve the company’s ability of resisting risk and reduce the probability of financial crisis on the listed companies in the media industry.
