Traditional archives information service mode-"librarian model" and "collection mode", have not adapted to the innovation of the archives service under the environment of network and development. With the improvement of users using consciousness and the diversification of user requirements, the archives service work should be more geared to the needs of users and satisfy the needs of users, to explore a more perfect,"user-centric" archives information service mode, to provide users with more satisfaction of archives information service.This article is to explore the archives information service mode, on the basis of the basic question, from the Angle of constituent elements of traditional archives information service model of archives information service model and comparing the new archives information service pattern to point out the present situation of the development of traditional archives information service mode and limitations, and put forward to the construction of "user-centric" archives information service mode, from the service personnel of service mode, service object, service content, service four elements such as comprehensive elaboration strategies and methods of concept and connotation of "user center" service model.
