Research On The Optimization Of Information Service Of Prefecture-level Archives

In this era of continuous development of Internet information technology,the society's demand for open and personalized information is gradually increasing.The importance of archives information service and the public's demand for archives information are increasingly prominent.The development of archives is facing opportunities and challenges.With the continuous development of government affairs publicity in the environment of big data,higher requirements are put forward for archives work.As an important national public cultural institution,archives should take the initiative to undertake social responsibilities and obligations,give full play to their own advantages,keep pace with the times,constantly improve the information service mode of archives,and provide various information utilization for the public.However,some local archives are restricted by the management system,lack of talents and other factors,leading to some bottlenecks in development.This paper uses the new public service and holistic governance theory to analyze the development of information service of Municipal Archives under the background of government affairs o penness,and uses literature method,case study method and questionnaire survey method,Taking Wenzhou archives as an example,expounds the utilization of archives information,especially the public inquiry of government information,by the Municipal Archives represented by Wenzhou archives This paper summarizes the problems existing in the information service of Archives: first,the development of archives resources lags behind,the opening is not strong,the distribution is uneven,the collection is unreasonable,etc.;the second is the lack of multimedia publicity and website construction in the online service work;the third is the problems in the government information public inquiry work,including: the government information collection scope is small,the submission is not timely There are some problems,such as the conflict between the government information disclosure and the archives opening,the government's initiative to open information is little,and the archives' credibility is not enough;fourthly,the stability of the archives staff is not strong,the professional level is low,and the understanding of the government information content is not enough.The reasons are mainly reflected in the management system,management system,the understandi ng of public needs,and the protection of archives legal system.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign archives information utilization service research,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures from the aspects of innovating the service concept of archives,promoting the integration and sharing of collection resources,optimizing the information service platform of archives,strengthening the application of new technologies,establishing effective supervision and feedback mechanis m,and strengthening the construction of talents.This paper studies the information utilization service of Archives under the framework of public management theory,and has innovation in the research perspective.It not only enriches the relevant research on the information utilization service of municipal archives,but also provides reference for archives to carry out government information service...
