Research On Improvement Of Public Service Quality Of Shouxian Archives

As an important medium of cultural inheritance and communication,archives symbolize the entry of human beings into civilized society.They convey to human beings a historical atmosphere rich in humanistic care and cultural characteristics.They guide countries,organizations and individuals to engage in various activities in society.Local archives are not only administrative,but also have service functions.They can use archival information resources that are stored and controlled to provide information to the public,including public information inquiries,social education,cultural propaganda and other public services.At present,the focus of the work of comprehensive archives is gradually shifting from the custody of archival entities to the development and utilization of archival information resources.Inevitably,the functions of archives,especially public functions,should be further expanded and deepened.Therefore,it is necessary to systematize and scientifically and efficiently manage the service work of county archives,in which archivists realize their inner faith,have skills and responsibilities,and devote themselves to the new cause of building archives.Based on the user perception perspective,after the primary,selection,and pre-investigation,this paper summarizes the scale of service quality evaluation index system of county archives in SERVQUAL model.First,based on the SERVQUAL theory model,the quality assessment index system of Shou County Archives was selected by using literature survey method and the service characteristics of county archives.Secondly,the quality assessment index system of county archives was selected by experts to form a trial questionnaire.In the empirical analysis,spss24.0 software is used to analyze the validity of the collected data,synthesize the results of the empirical research,and systematically evaluate the public service quality of shou county archives,so as to improve the service quality of archives,maximize the value of archives and provide better service to users,thus opening up a new situation in the future service work of county archives.
