| People-oriented thought gets unprecedented attention in archival community with the development of our society. The transforming service object of archival institutions is not to adapt to the times, but the source of "filing for the people, using files for the public", at the same time, it is a good strategy for archival institutions to improve market competitiveness, build mechanism and collections, because of the respecting of the needs and rights of citizen, universality, comprehensiveness and so on. Compared with Cluster-oriented, People-oriented pay more attention to strengthening coordinating force and fusing macro and micro of "User Center" mode.This paper aims to deepen the concept of "serving the people", and to enhance the quality and efficiency of archives information services, through summarizing the theoretical basis and realistic predicament of transforming service object of archival institutions, safeguarding the transformation from the rule of law, technology and ethics.This article interprets the concept and connotation of People-oriented service object of archival institutions first, and analyzes its practical value through the comparison with current situation; and then, based on analysis of the actuality of difficult, sets five logical constructions with People-oriented ideas in transforming service object of archival institutions from the view of rule of law, technology, ethics and psychology.Main innovation points of this article includes the three following points: clarifying the theoretical and realistic foundation of People-oriented transforming; summing up the plight of archives information services in our country; explaining the protection issues of the object popularity in archives service comprehensively. |
