Study Of The Archives Services Model For User Under Internet

Archives has been greatly innovated because of the development of information technology in the network environment. Archives, as an important information management institutions, also gradually changing from the "file manager" to a "file provider", and Shifting the focus to the archives service.So establish a perfect archives service mode in the network environment is particularly important and need further exploration.In this paper, by analyzing the type of traditional archives, information service model and the network environment, the archives service model based on user content, specific strategies to build the archives user services model. This article is divided into a total of six parts:the first part is an introduction. Mainly introduces the background, the significance of the topic, research and methods. The second part is about analysis of the user needs of the archives in the network environment. Include the user's structure, staffing needs, psychological needs and demand characteristics. The third part is the analysis of the archives service model. Include the connotation of the archives service model, traditional archives service model and archives service mode in network environment. The fourth part is to build the archives service model for user in the network environment. This chapter is the main part of the paper, on the basis of analysis services model basic questions put forward user self-service model, personalized mode of service and knowledge service model. The fifth part is the implementation strategy of the archives mode for user in the network environment. This part is mainly from several key aspects to analysis. The sixth part is summary. Summarizes the main points contained in this article and the shortcomings.
