The Research Of Information Service System On Public Archives Construction In China

The world has been entering the society full of information. And information has become one of the most important resource and information service has covered all the aspects of country’s construction. The gradual developmental and comprehensive information service system of agricultural, enterprise technology, technology innovation,medical and social security which has included each part of agencies and every types of industry in the society consists of the powerful social information service network which is the catalyst for country economical improvement and national rejuvenation.So,the public archives which have owned a huge mass of social archives information resources have to innovate the service machinery of archives information,improve the service mode of archives information,establish a scientific,advanced and systemic service system of archives information in order to utilize the archives information resources for national construction,people’s production and the development of social economy and culture during the era of information globalization.This paper generally analyse the related concepts of public archives information service,the social needs of public archives information resources and the influence factors of public archives information service so as to establish public archives information service system in China.This paper consists of six parts:The first part is an introduction that mainly introduces the research purpose,the significance,the research status in China and abroad as well as research content,research methods,research ideas and research innovation.The second part is the relative theory research about the connotation and the characteristic of the public archives and the archives information service and also the public archives information service.The third part is starting at the view of " supply depends on the need ",which specifically analyze the social aggregate demand of our country’s public archives information through two aspects:the changes of the need of archive information service,the demand of the universality、regional and profession of the file information during the process of the construction of the public archives, through which provide the evidence offer the system construction.The fourth part is the analysis on the influence factors to the construction of the public archive file information service. From the view of system theory, it finds out the facts that influence the public archive file information service, which includes macro-factors and micro-factors.The fifth part the detailed elaboration of the specific contents of our country’s current public archive file information service in three aspects:File information infrastructure services, file information source services, file information services.The last part is the core of this paper.The writer clarify the construction of the public archive file information service system in three aspects:the functional demand,the constructional principle and the constitution parts of the public archive file information service system.Thereinto,our country’s archive file information service consists of five systems, including laws and regulations,organizations,managements,service items and technology,and then construct the overall model of our country’s public archive file information service system.
