Study Of The Application Of APP In Archives Information Service

Under the environment of traditional internet,the archives website service based on PC has become the main way of archives information service in our country.Under the environment of mobile Internet,with the rapid popularization of mobile phone,IPAD and other mobile device,the way of getting information service for user is transforming from the PC to the mobile device.The archives information service based on mobile device become a current trend.The office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinion on the strengthening and improvement of archives work under the new situation put forward to establish and improve archives service system that is convenient for people to get some archives information,innovate the service mode,expand the service channel(May 5,2014).The National Archives issued the outline of 13 th Five-Year development plan proposed to provide the archives service through the archives website and mobile device(April 1,2016).At present,the technology of APP has been developed more mature.The application of smart phones and other mobile device has laid a broad user base for the service of APP.With the development of archives information service and wireless network,the application of APP in archives information service has had a certain condition.In addition,the application of APP in archives information service will effectively meet user to access to archives information,change the idea of archives service,improve social value of digital archives information resources.APP,the abbreviation of mobile application,is the running program of smart phone.It is a new way of archives information service.This paper will adopt the method of literature analysis,comparative analysis and survey analysis.Firstly,we will analyze the concept,characteristic,methods,content of APP and archives information service under the new media environment.Secondly,we will survey the situation about application of APP in archives information service.Thirdly we will analyze its problems and put forward the corresponding development strategy.This paper is divided into four chapters:1.Chapter One:IntroductionThis chapter mainly introduces the background,significance,research status at home and abroad and the research methods,ideas and innovation.2.Chapter Two:the Overview of APP and Archives Information Service under the New Media EnvironmentThis chapter firstly makes a brief analysis about the concept,characteristics of APP and the concept,essential factor,genre of archives information service under the new media environment;then,analyze the service mode,service status and development trend of archives information service under the new media environment.3.Chapter Three: the Present Situation about the Application of APP in Archives Information ServiceThis chapter mainly analyzes the problems about the application of APP in archives information service according to the investigation on the platform resource,service function,interface design and platform update.4.Chapter Four:the Strategy for the Problems about Application of APP in Archives Information ServiceThis chapter will find out some strategies and measures based on the problem about the application of APP in archives information service.These strategies include opening and sharing the digital archives,perfecting function of APP,designing interface of APP and setting up long-term operation mechanism.
