Analysis On Critical Factors And Their Influencing Pathway To Logistics Cluster Service Innovation

The logistics cluster is dominated by a number of logistics-related enterprises and institutions, in order to gain a competitive edge, to form a geo-spatial concentration of the external manifestations of a new space form of economic organization Developed areas in eastern China took the lead in the development of logistics planning for the establishment of various characteristics of the logistics park, logistics cluster trend has been seen. The logistics cluster service innovation refers to technical means, including new or improved service delivery to increase the value-added logistics services, so that potential users of new content can feel different from the past. Innovation is a constant theme of enterprise development. Modern logistics industry already bid farewell to economy, into a buyer’s market era. Therefore, in addition to the traditional sense of the technological innovation, we should focus on service innovation.This paper analyzes the status of the domestic logistics cluster development to find that there are many problems in the cluster development process of China’s logistics. In order to fully realize the logistics cluster service innovation, it must be a key factor affecting the identification and analysis of its role in the path. On this basis can we propose practical advice for the behavior of logistics cluster innovative services. Based on complex adaptive systems (CAS) theory, this paper focuses on building a logistics service innovation within the cluster behavior of the stimulus-response model to Tianjin logistics cluster. From the perspective of the logistics companies in the logistics cluster, logistics cluster in the analysis summary of the literature, based on the combination of clusters of innovative research results, summarized the impact of logistics cluster key factor in the behavior of service innovation.This paper designed questionnaire around the logistics cluster innovative behavior, using Likert scales to design scale. It surveys by the strict selection of objects from data sources to ensure their effectiveness and availability. On the basis of plentiful questionnaires of logistics cluster in Tian Jin, this article uses structural equation modeling method and professional software as SPSS16.0and Amos7.0to provide quantitative analysis on how the key factors influencing the logistics cluster service innovation through the related multiple statistical analysis methods. Through the relevant multivariate statistical analysis methods, this paper analyzed how the key factors affecting the logistics cluster service innovation, and the model was tested with the analysis, which reveals the path of key factors influencing on the behavior of the logistics cluster service innovation.
