IOT is another major transform of technology development following the computer, Internet and mobile communication network, which closely integrates virtual information with the physical world, and makes economic and social activities more intelligent, convenient and efficient. In recent years, the IOT industry continues to heat up worldwide, It is known to be the next trillion yuan level information technology industry, and so many countries will enhance the research and development of IOT technology to the national development strategy.Modern logistics thinks information technology as its core, it emphasis on the integration of resources and the whole logistics process optimization. Thus, modern logistics is the best application areas to play the advantages of IOT. China’s logistics industry is in a stage of rapid development. However, due to the slow development of information technology, most logistics enterprises only provide the traditional basic logistics services, their profitability are limited, and their overall operational efficiency is not high, have huge consumption of resources. These problems seriously restrict the sustainable development of the logistics industry in the future. Thus, in the era that IOT is going to fully dawn, China’s logistics enterprises should grasp the opportunities of application and innovation of IOT technology, accelerate the upgrade process of information and intelligence, and finally achieve leapfrog development.Given the above analysis, this paper researches on the information innovation of traditional logistics service, and the pricing strategy of the information logistics services in the IOT environment. The main research contents are as follows:First, from the IOT application architecture and key technologies in different levels, comprehensively and deeply analysis the mechanism that the IOT influence the whole operation process of traditional logistics services. Then studies that in the IOT environment logistics enterprises how to seize the development opportunities, choose the scientific strategic objectives and achieve leapfrog development.Secondly, discusses the specific innovation path of traditional logistics services by application the key technology of IOT, from local innovation and improvement to comprehensive and integrated innovation. Then focus on the most critical new logistics services after integration innovative——Intelligent logistics information platform, this paper analysis its functional orientation, architecture design, especially sub-platform construction on the application service-level.Thirdly, constructs a pricing model of information logistics service in two stage logistics service supply chain based on the principle of revenue sharing, and the following conclusions was reached:the best price and revenue sharing ratio of the optimal pricing model can maximize the benefits of logistics service providers, manufacturers and supply chain; revenue sharing ratio of supply chain is irrelevant to the price of information of logistics service and tangible products and quantity of sale, is relevant to the fixed costs of logistics service providers and manufacturers; the price of information of logistics service is relevant to revenue sharing ratio of supply chain, interface quantity of information platform and its pricing strategy. By using simulation software Anylogic6.5, the multi-agent model of logistics service supply chain that is more close to reality was constructed. Simulation analyzes the relationship between the parameters of the model and verified the above conclusions, further proves that the pricing model is valid to impel logistics service providers to upgrade logistics service.Finally, considering to enhance the intelligent logistics information platform user’s utility, guarantee a good operational efficiency and sustainable development of the platform, studies how to build a reasonable fee pricing model of the intelligent logistics information platform, using bargaining theory of complete information dynamic game solve backward the optimal pricing of the basis membership fees and determine the optimal value. Then use matlab to simulate some examples.
