The logistics industry is the basic and strategic industry to support the development of the national economy. To accelerate the development of modern logistics industry, it has great significance to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and improve the competitiveness of the national economy. Nowadays,with the development of economic globalization trend, the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of logistics industry. Information technology is an important support and guarantee for the development of modern logistics industry, as an important carrier of the construction of logistics informatization, the establishment and development of logistics information platform has become an inevitable trend. In the era of big data, with the rise of cloud computing and Internet of things, building a logistics information platform based on cloud computing. A comprehensive logistics service system with high sharing of logistics resources, quick response and cost optimization is constructed, provided more accurate, continuous and effective service for the platform users, it has become a hot research topic nowadays.Based on the service situation of Harbin Longyun logistics information platform as a starting point for research, through the system analysis of the Longyun logistics information platform, combined with the future development trend of logistics information, it summarizes the problems existing in the service process. Through characteristics and advantages of cloud computing,construction of Longyun logistics information platform based on cloud computing; Through the analysis of cloud computing leading to elements integration model of Longyun logistics information platform service innovation,constructing the path model of the mechanism of cloud computing for Longyun logistics information platform service innovation. Using AMOS20.0 software, the path analysis of the structure equation model of the cloud service innovation of the Longyun logistics information platform, for the Longyun logisticsinformation platform cloud service innovation provides three innovative paths:cloud service path based on service concept innovation, cloud service path based on service delivery innovation, cloud service path based on service interface innovation. Using method based on regular, according to path selection conditions of cloud service innovation of the Longyun logistics information platform, selecting “cloud service path based on service delivery innovation”;According to the target of platform cloud services based on service delivery innovation build for architecture model of platform cloud service, designed the cloud service flow of Longyun logistics information platform based on service delivery innovation, put forward path realization mechanism of cloud services based on service delivery innovation; Ultimately, from three aspects of safeguard measures of platform operation, safeguard measures of platform organization, as well as the safeguard measures of government policy to provide safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of cloud services innovation of Longyun logistics information platform.
