With the popularization and application of computer network technology, internet of things, big data and cloud computing as the representative of the emerging and rapid development of IT technology appearring, therefore, the traditional logistics service model has been unable to meet the customer’s individual requirements. Modern logistics industry needs a comprehensive, efficient, convenient, personalized and secure wisdom logistics service model based on the emerging IT technologies, RFID technology, GPS and other emerged devices. At present, the concept of cloud logistics has already appeared in the logistics industry, but still in its infancy has not yet formed a complete system.Judged from the current practice of domestic e-commerce enterprise, the "Logistics Execution"(including transportation, order processing, warehousing, shipping, receiving and return, etc.) had become the biggest problem among business management. However, the current e-commerce enterprise’s logistics system still had problems: the irrational logistics, difficult warehousing turnover, high inventory, high costs, poor quality of service and low network security. Therefore, this paper researched on the basis of existing network theory which proposed the network model of wisdom cloud logistics and described its architecture and features; for the storage problems of wisdom cloud logistics network. First, established the logistics network cloud model, proposed the "cloud storage" model, then effectivly and rationally developed its inventory and distribution strategy; and then designed a complete set of cloud logistics service quality evaluation system and resource management dynamic security trust model to solve the long-term stability of key technologies wisdom logistics operations issue. The details are as follows:First, this paper gived the main features of modern e-commerce logistics based on today’s logistics management market and social environment, and proposed the concept and architecture of e-commerce logistics sectors wisdom cloud.Second, this paper based on the research of the network model concepts and methods of analysis proposed the concept of wisdom cloud logistics network and established the wisdom cloud network logistics model, based on the cloud- logistics network model researched the inventory problems of "cloud storage", established its inventory strategy and distribution model, and based on particle swarm optimization and hybrid genetic heuristic algorithm to achieve. Researched the quality of service and resource evaluation of the theoretical model of dynamic security and trust for logistics enterprises, established the multi-level and multi-dimensional service quality evaluation system of cloud logistics based on the SERVAUAL model, proposed a P2 P network resource dynamic security management model based on trust cloud.Finally, proposed a massive structured distributed data(HSS) solution with scalability and high availability based on the convenience of RDBMS data model and scalability of NOSQL database. Through the analysis of cloud business logistics platform, established a framework and platform to achieve.This paper aimed to provide some theoretical guidance for warehousing, service and resource management key technology of wisdom logistics network, provide protection for the stable operation of the wisdom logistics, which has certain significance for its better and more long-term development.
