Research On Clinical Pathway Management And Analysis And Design Of Clinical Pathway System

Clinical pathway (Clinical Pathway, referred to as CP) is a standard routine medical behavior. The conventional treatment process are divided into standard treatment project, and then, with daily treatment project for the step,a complete set of treatment plan is formed.At first,the paper establishes the theoretical framework of clinical pathway management which includes the concept, characteristics and the process of establishing clinical pathway, and the business processes and data of clinical path are analysed.Secondly, according to the clinical path standard,the classification of the patient is carries on by using the method of system cluster analysis. And with taking Shaanxi Provincial Maternal and child health hospital as an example, the patients of cesarean section are classified,and the most appropriate patient is selected into the clinical path.Thirdly,the clinical pathway management system is analysed and designed by using object-oriented analysis and design method. And the use case diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, deployment diagram,function modules diagram,database logical structure,physical structure are designed. Finally, with taking clinical pathway management in Shaanxi Provincial Maternal and child health hospital as an example, the application background, application process and effect of clinical pathway management in Shaanxi Provincial Maternal and child health hospital are analyzed which has proved the view of the paper.This paper argues that clinical pathway management system includes the clinical path template management,clinical pathway management for doctor,nurse and patient, evaluation management of clinical pathway,quality control of clinical path,statistical analysis of clinical path, HIS system interface, system management module.
