Counter external interactive devices are the information transmitting channels between customers and window staffs. These devices are widely used in banking windows. However, several existing devices with different compatibilities not only complicate the operation of customers but also affect the neat of counters. Therefore, a set of molding devices with nice compatibility is needed to replace the existing variety of devices, which can provide convenient operations and keeps the tidiness of counters.Following the actual need of the project of the internship company, this thesis developed a kind of equipment which integrates password keyboard, evaluation apparatus, speaker device and staff mount guard card, known as the Information Interaction Terminal (ⅡT). The proposed IIT can replace the existing counter external devices. It is more suitable for operating and maintaining the tidiness of counters, and has a broad market prospect.In this thesis, the main work includes:(1) Overall Design. From both hardware and software aspects of the design of IIT were analyzed. The microprocessor and operating system selection is studied, and the use of Samsung’s S3C2440chip and Microsoft’s Windows CE operating system is determined.(2) Hardware Design. Design the basic hardware circuit of IIT. The Samsung ARM9series chip S3C2440is used as the core microprocessor, and we design CPU circuit, control circuit of LCD touch screen, audio circuit, SD card circuit, communication interface circuit, and power circuit. The function of each module is analyzed. The platform has the features of reasonable structure, powerful functions and easy expansion.(3) System Software Design. On the basis of the hardware platform, the Windows CE system migration is completed, including the development of Boot Loader and OAL. In device driver development, this thesis elaborates the developing of Windows CE system driver by focusing in the software programming of LCD display driver, the touch screen driver and Audio driver. Normal operation of each functional module can be achieved after the system software is loaded into the hardware platform.The successful development of IIT, making up the defect of the internship company product system, is combined with the company’s existing customers distribution systems and the information display system and forms a complete bank financial electronic solution.
