In the Embedded System, the designing of HMI have strong relationship with the capability of hole system, determine the competition of Embedded products. It is the key part of the designing for the whole embedded system. Our research team have put forward an equipment embedded terminal of information interaction for factory workshop, and now we need to design a HMI system for that, this article was focus on the design method of HMI which is aim at embedded system, study and exploit a HCI system which has strong function, trustiness capability, strong transplant property, convenience at exploiting, etc. This HMI system can not only work on our embedded terminal, but also work on other embedded equipment.This article first study the development and problem of industry control equipment HMI and embedded HMI, and then analysed the demanding of equipment embedded terminal HMI, putting forward an exploitation method which based on embedded GUI in existence and building the whole system architecture of HMI.Second, I carry through a traverse of the key technology of HMI about the function, architecture, etc. Including the select of embedded GUI platform, the transplant of embedded GUI, GUI interaction driver, the designing of graphics component library, the transplant and implement of embedded data-base which is the support technology for embedded HMI.The article implement the transplant of embedded GUI platform, implement the exploiting of the driver of GUI interaction and the designing and implement of graphics component library, all of which are based on analyzing the architecture of HMI and research of key technology. At last, we implement the designing of the HMI, and put it into practice.
