Remote medical equipment control system, which is quite different from the traditional medical model, by now the rapid development of information technology, make full use of the computer, communication, medical technology and equipment combined, through data, text, voice and image data long-distance transmission, implementation of expert with the patient, experts and medical personnel between different " face to face" consultation. Remote medical equipment control system in both remote consultation, remote education, remote monitoring and other projects on the basis of modern medical mode, to achieve a qualitative leap, created a new medical model the development train of thought, to improve the medical effect, has good application prospect.This paper first introduces the concepts of telemedicine, medical equipment, the concept of Internet application in telemedicine, telehealth equipment control system composition and telemedicine development status at home and abroad, secondly the telemedicine equipment control system development of the necessary environment and related technology, according to the system of practical demand analysis design and initial implementation of the system required function.This paper fully discusses the telemedicine equipment control system design requirements and how to ensure that the telemedicine equipment system in reliability, safety based on B/S framework, based on the realization of remote medical control system functions of the initial implementation of the development, including user login, remote diagnosis, remote control.According to the regional environment in remote medical information sharing problems in study, Internet and TCP/IP system, presents framework based on B/S model.
