| The rapid development of information technology makes people have higher requirements for the way of communication.People are not just satisfied with information exchange,but quick,visual and accurated interaction.Therefore,the video communication service depending on the network transmission becomes the basic means of communication in modern society.As the cornerstone of national economy and people's livelihood,the medical treatment cause is strictly required for the advancement of information technology.The telemedicine consultation system based on the video communication will be one of the trends in the development of telemedicine industry,since it is fast,accurate,inexpensive and free from cross-regional restrictions.On the basis of the detailed analysis about actual work needs of the telemedicine in the First Hospital of LAN Zhou University,this paper designs and realizes the telemedicine consultation platform.The platform mainly includes medical image acquisition,video interaction,telemedicine consultation management,remote monitoring,remote medical records management and other functions.It also realizes long distance all-round remote video communication not only between doctors but doctors and patients from different places,fully sharing the medical record information of patients from different places and establishing a safe and convenient remote visual rescue platform between medical staff and patients,which makes the patients enjoy timely diagnosis and medical treatment of leading experts in the grass-roots hospital.Firstly,the development status and trend of video communication and telemedicine consultation are analyzed in this paper.Secondly,this paper discusses and compares the common development tools and architecture ideas of video communication business in design,and meanwhile discusses the key technologies in the telemedicine consultation platform in detail.Finally,the functional interface of the system is presented,combined with the implementation and testing of the system,and at the same time,the feasibility of the system is verified by combining functional and non-functional test.The final test results show that the system can meet the need of the expected design,and run normally,which set up a quick and effective platform for the communication not only between doctors and patients but between the hospital staff.The system also can improve efficiency of the whole hospital and simplify the procedures of patients.This platform is simple in structure,low in cost,and has a strong practicability.It also can provide fast and convenient services for medical institutions in telemedicine consultation. |
