| With the rapid development of China's economy, people's income level has increased too, the consciouness of national health and selfhealth care strengthens gradually, the demand of medical resources has been greatly enhanced. Therefore,China's Ministry of health advocates the next direction of reform is to build a remote medical consultation in the medical field. Through the remote medical consultation system, the patient can participate in the consultation and treatment in the local community and rural hospitals, the use of remote medical consultation system in modern hospitals can achieve the transmission of DICOM image over long distances,so that different regions of the patients can receive medical consultation service from different famous doctors, so as to reduce medical costs. At the same time, the remote medical consultation system of general hospitals can be used in hospitals' long-distance education. Therefore, the design of the remote medical consultation system in modern hospital has pretty practical value.On the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign research and development status of modern comprehensive hospital consultation system, this system use the tool of Delphi to design program and use Database to design Oracle. Remote medical consultation system is designed based on B/S mode in the system structure. Then the paper analyzes the demand of the remote medical consultation system in modern hospitals, then the author makes analysis of remote consultation function, process analysis, data on the basis of present situation in accordance with the business process design system from five aspects: the registration/appointment, examination,consultation, results, feedback link. According to the analysis of the functional requirements of modern comprehensive hospital telemedicine system, the systems' function is divided into the medical record management module,the consultation management module,data transmission function module and system management module. This paper made a detailed design of the function of the system,including the flow chart of the program module function realization,the specific interface. The key codes are designed to realize the function of the module. Finally, the dissertation tests the system of the software in function by taking the cases recording function, the network-hospitals' consultation application function and the system administrator audit registration information function as the test objects. Modern comprehensivehospital telemedicine system designed in this paper has the scalability and openness,it can improve the function of the hospital medical service and the level of medical services in hospitals. The contribution of this project is to design and implement a complete Web-based functionality telemedicine system. The system enables remote diagnosis system workflow,improve work efficiency. Hospital medical records can be written in standard, effective organization and management of medical records,enhance the quality and effectiveness of tele-consultation. In the realization part,the use of the MVC pattern in the system is designed to effectively reduce the coupling.The innovation of this system is that it uses the collaborative filtering technology to push and select the information in the database, on the one hand to reduce the amount of user operation, on the other hand to reduce the pressure of the server, the personalized recommendation system to improve the website of the case information recommendation. So as to establish long-term and stable relationship with patients,improve customer loyalty, to prevent the loss of customers. |
