Design And Implementation Of Remote Medical Consultation System

With the improvement of economic level, the enhanceof people’sawareness of selfhealthcareincrease the need formedical resources. Therefore, the direction of the reform ofremote medical consultation next step will be remote medical consultation in medical field.Through the remote medical consultation system, patientscan participate in consultation and governance in the local community and rural hospitals, the application of this system can achieve the DICOM image transmissiondistance. The patients in different areascan receivemedical consultation service of different doctorsso as toreduce medical costs. The system can also be used in thecontinuing education of telemedicine. Therefore, the design of remote medical consultation system has very highpractical significance and value.This thesis first analyses the demand of the remote medical consultation system. In the analysis of remote consultationfunction, process analysis, data of current basis and the business process, the system isdesigned into five parts: registration / appointment, inspection,consultation, results, feedback. Functional requirements of the system in this thesis is divided into the medical recordmanagement, consultation management functions, system management function.Thesystem uses the tool of Delphi and Database of Oracle. Telemedicine video conferencingsystem adopts B/S mode in the structure. According to the analysis of the functional requirements of the system, this paper divides the system into the function of medical record management module, consultation management module,system management module. Finally, this thesis gives the detailed design of the system functionfor each module not only the design of the program flow chart, but also the specific interface and key code module function realization are also designed. In the software testing, this thesis designs medical record data input function, network hospital for consultationfunction and system administrators to audit registrationinformation function for testing examples. The system hasgood scalability and openness in the design and provides a robust, integrated application platform for large-scale deployment and operation of hospital. Finally, the system test shows thatthe system ‘sdesign has attained to the desired goal.
